On February 4th, 2006, Caracole partnered with Hamburger Mary's, Joseph-Beth Booksellers and Ovation Theatre Company to present a terrific Book Celebration Event with local author Raymond K. Wong. The event celebrated Mr. Wong's recently published novel The Pacific Between as well as the terrific work Caracole does in the community. Signed books were available for purchase, and a staged reading was presented by actors from Ovation Theatre Company. Together, we raised over $2,000 benefitting the residents of Caracole.
