MEDICAL CASE AIDE | RESIDENTIAL ASSISTANT
 
 

Medical Case Aide, Bilingual (Sp/Eng), HIV Services


POSITION DESCRIPTION
This position provides medical billing support, data entry, filing and clinical records management supporting case managers and housing specialists. Also provides direct linguistic support/interpretation for Spanish speaking clients.

QUALIFICATIONS
Computer/data entry skills. Ability to interpret Spanish/English in person and by phone. Excellent telephone, interpersonal and listening skills. Attention to detail and ability to complete assigned tasks in an accurate, timely and organized manner. Commitment to learning about and completing tasks which support processes related to serving people living with HIV/AIDS. Must have reliable transportation, driver’s license and insurance to transport clients. High school diploma or equivalent, plus 2 years experience in an office environment. 

EMPLOYMENT TYPE
Full-time hourly  

SALARY
Full-time hourly: $16.75–$17.30/hr. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Life and Disability Insurance, 401K. Medical interpretation training will be provided after six months employment.

Residential Assistant, Supportive Housing Program


POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Residential Assistant ensures the safety of tenants and of property and helps tenants move forward with healthy living goals. This position is key in providing a safe, structured and secure community environment where people living with HIV and substance use disorders can progress in their lives. Two to three individuals to be hired. 

QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills for email and documentation. Basic knowledge about HIV/AIDS and the needs of people experiencing homelessness living with co-occurring, chronic illnesses. Effective communication skills as well as the ability to work autonomously. Able to respond to crises in a professional manner.  

EMPLOYMENT TYPE
Part-time hourly. 12-18 hours/week. Evening, overnight and weekend shifts ONLY.   

SALARY
Part-time hourly: $14.70/hr.
